I’ve renovated my apartment in Belsize Park, NW3 these last few years and I’m now looking for a flatmate!
THE FLAT
The flat has had a lot of work done to it and I hope that anyone can see it has been done to a high specification. The overall size is about 78sqm/850sqft, on the first floor, has 3m high ceilings and is like a new flat now that I’ve finished renovating. The living area is particularly great at 4.5mx7m. There is a 4-seater Camerich L sofa, 50” Sony TV (with Sky, Netflix, Amazon), Sonos system, 6-8 seater dining table and newly fitted bespoke kitchen. White appliances are all newly fitted and include fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and washer/dryer. I also have a cleaner once a week for 2-3 hours to clean all areas including your bedroom. The place is immaculate.
YOUR ROOM
Your room has a double ottoman bed (storage underneath), two bedside tables (with 4 deep drawers), two bedside lights and then a stretch of built-in floor-to-ceiling cupboards. The flooring, heating, electrics, double-glazed windows and carpentry, entrance door and electrics are all new. The bedrooms are south facing and I cannot tell you how nice and light they are. Also in the evenings you can see the red lights of the city from your very pillow which is so amazing to sleep to!
You also then have the sole use of the main bathroom which has a shower/bath.
MY ROOM
Contains my own storage and en-suite bathroom.
LOCAL AREA
Having recently discovered the area myself I really can’t think of a better location. We are set back on a private road off the lovely Englands Lane where you are spoilt for choice when it comes to cafes.... there are 5-6 really amazing ones on our doorstep. The road also has independent bakers, greengrocers and butchers. Tesco is a 30 second walk. Primrose Hill and it’s High St is also just 10 mins walk. Both Hampstead Heath and Regents Park are easy walking distances away.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
- 6 min walk to Belsize Park (Northern Line)
- 8 mins to Chalk Farm (Northern Line)
- 10 min walk to Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line)
- 10 mins to drive/Uber to Baker St, Marylebone or Kings X

TYPE OF HOUSEMATE
My previous flatmate/tenant lived with me for 4 years and we worked well because we were quite independent and both liked our place to remain a calm, clean and peaceful place to relax in for the majority of the time, whilst never needing to actually lay down any rules. We socialised both together and separately, and had our friends over, but for the majority of the time it’s great to just have such a comfortable home to come back to.
I will pay all the bills so there will be no hassle for you.
The overall feeling of the flat is one that is very light and quiet. Surrounded by trees at the front and back where the flat looks over 100ft gardens.
