Double room to rent

Hi All,
I’m leaving my lovely room as I’m moving in with my boyfriend, and I’m looking for someone to take over my beautiful double room in a nice and quiet 4-bedroom flat located between Chalk Farm and Belsize Park.

About the Flat:
-First floor of a two-floor flat.
-4 rooms / big kitchen / living room / two bathrooms / utility
room.
-The room is on the first floor, along with the kitchen, living room,
and downstairs bathroom.
-The other 3 rooms are on the second floor, so you’ll be the only
person living on the first floor. You’ll share the kitchen, living
room, and the downstairs toilet with the other tenants.
-All tenants use the upstairs shower and bathtub.

Additional Notes:

All the windows have been replaced with new ones, so the photos show the old windows, but rest assured, the new ones are installed.

The Area:

Close to Primrose Hill, Regents Park, and Hampstead Heath.
Excellent transport links: Tube station just 5 minutes away, bus stop less than 1 minute away.
Plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, and pubs nearby.
Close to Camden Market.

The room will be available from the end of December/beginning of January.
