A garden room with own bathroom by Hampstead Heath

Hello!

Sadly our flatmate is leaving and we are looking for someone to replace her.

This is a beautiful with a big window in a 4-bedroom house. It has a closet, a built-in desk and bookshelves, a mirror and a bed & mattress. You would also have your own bathroom (shower + toilets).

The room opens directly onto our terrace, which is shared with one other housemate's room only.

Great communal space with a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a large living room (The landlord is an architect and used to live here).

We are looking for a fourth person to complete our house share (single occupancy). The three of us are female young professionals working full-time, hosting dinners and guests from time to time, and would like someone as well working full time, tidy and easy going, wanting to share dinner/drinks on occasions.

Move-in date is around 1st of May, with possibility to move in earlier if required (to be discussed).

Hampstead Heath - overground (~3min walk from the house)
Belsize Park - Northern line (~8min walk from the house)

Rent: £1039.50/month (+ bills, around £100/month).
Deposit: £908
