Hello! I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out in mid-January. The apartment is a homely 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat located on a lovely street in Belsize Park - 5 mins walk from Swiss Cottage tube station and Finchley Road.
The room advertised is the larger double bedroom with the en-suite, and can be either semi-furnished or unfurnished on request.
The flat is equipped with a 43" TV, Virgin 500Mbps broadband, dining table, dishwasher & even a coffee machine! :)
I'm a 27y/o male working as a tech consultant. I'm predominantly based at my office and customer sites, but will very occasionally WFH. I'm sociable and friendly but also value my own space at times - am looking for the same in a flatmate! Not a clean-freak by any means, but basic tidiness and respect are a must! :)
The council tax for the flat is Band E.
Bills inc. council tax are approximately £250p/m each.
