Beautiful Room For A Lovely Girl

Hello!

Myself and my lovely flatmate, Chloe, are seeking a further wonderful gal in their mid to later 20s to fill the beautiful room that our third flatmate is sadly leaving!!!

The flat is honestly a dream. Amazing location in the beautiful Belsize Park - you are a 10 minute walk from Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill/Regent's Park, 2 minutes from England's Lane with all its beaut little coffee shops etc!

There are 3 bedrooms in total in the property, I have my own ensuite so you'll only be sharing the 2nd (spacious!) bathroom with one other gal. It has a shower and a bath.

ABOUT THE ROOM
This room faces the very pretty street we live on, with so much natural light coming through the window. Looads of space with a wardrobe that comes with the room, plenty of space for a desk and chair. Absolutely perfect for WFH!!

MORE ABOUT THE FLAT
We have a beautiful, large kitchen-con-living room. Two big comfy armchairs and a sofa, so nice to settle into and watch netflix together! & a dining table looking out over a big window!

BILLS - roughly £60 for energy but this could increase a bit over winter,
£17.30 for water,
£11 for wifi,
£64 for council tax.

I work out the house 5 days a week, and Chloe works 3 days in the office, so you'd have the living room and kitchen space in addition to the desk in your room if you need to WFH :)

FIRST FLATMATE, ROSIE:
I'm 27, and I am an English secondary school teacher . I am an extremely friendly, laidback and chatty person, but also very independent and more than happy to give flatmates their space when they need it!

I have an absolutely adorable ragdoll cat, called Bunny (see pic). She is crazy affectionate and loves giving cuddles to flatmates. Her litter tray is always in my bathroom, you won't have to do anything to take care of her!!

SECOND FLATMATE, CHLOE
Chloe's 25, currently works in film. She is also super friendly and really loves living here and in the area!!! She loves a glass of wine on a friday night as well as giving you some of the perks of working in film: premeries, viewings, etc!!
She's also clean and respectful :)

OUR IDEAL LIVING SET-UP: We are fairly sociable and enjoy having dinners together, catching up most evenings, but also do our own thing at the weekend. That being said, sometimes we like going to pubs and bars nearby to explore the area!
We'd love a like-minded girl - who would love catch-up chats, wine and films sometimes, who love gossiping about work dramas/hinge dates/you name it. Our best living situations have always been where there is a lovely girly atmosphere in the flat!

On that note, sorry but I won't be replying to any adverts from guys as we really love the girly vibe in the flat and wouldn't want to change that!
