Double Room in Belsize Park - Excellent Location

Spacious double room available in a cosy 2 bed flat, excellently located in the heart of Belsize Park.

I am a current tenant, looking for somebody to replace my current flatmate from early October as they will move out to live with their partner.

*What you'll get* - You'll be renting an excellently priced double room in a modern flat, located a stone's throw from the Heath, South End Green and Belsize Park high street.

*A bit about me* - I work in Westminster as a CIvil Servant, having lived in London for many years. I am a very laid back guy (excuse the cliché) who likes to go to the gym, watching sports (football and fight sports mainly) and spending time with friends. I tend to be quite busy with work/hobbies during the week and usully go into the office 2-3 days, but always down to socialise and cook meals/watch TV together!

*My ideal flatshare* - is one with minimal stress, given how stressful enough it is to find accomodation in London at the moment! This means creating a relaxing homely environment where we can enjoy eachothers' company whilst also being able to unwind alone after long day if needed! Again a cliché but it would be great to have a flatmate that I can actually be friends with as well as just rent with.

I also don't drink alcohol and am not a massive partying/going out type, so would ideally be looking for someone similar for simplicity (make up for it by going on lots of long walks and cooking good food).

*Costs and Contract*
- Rent is 950pcm, and the contract length is 6 term fixed followed by rolling thereafter (the agent has guaranteed that the rent will not increase at all within the first year)
- Bills are give or take £200 pcm, inc council tax (Camden Band E)
