One of my flatmates is moving out, (sad to see her go!), so I am looking for a new flatmate timo sign up for a 1 year contract :) The room will be available from the 1st September.

A bit about me, I’ve lived in the flat for 8 years and love the apartment and the area! I am a female professional who enjoys socialising in the local area (lots of good pubs), keeping active, cooking together, the odd Netflix binge, as well as keeping up with my own social life. I’m definitely looking for someone who wants to call a place home, is clean and tidy and respectful of everyone’s space.

The bedroom comes furnished and has a double bed, lots of storage and comes with a private bathroom just across the hallway. There is space for desk if needed.

Bills come in at around £180 a month.

The flat is less than 5 minutes from Belsize a Park tube station and close to the local restaurants, pubs and shops of Haverstock Hill and Belsize Village. Hampstead high street, Hampstead Heath and Primrose hill are all within walking distance.

The block has a 24 hour Porter and beautiful communal gardens.
