Double room Belsize park

Hi there! Manuel here :)
We are renting this room in the amazing Swiss Cottage/Belsize Park area.

The room is a perfect size for one person and features a large window, spacious two wardrobes and chest of drawers, a double bed, a desk and shelves.
The flat has a useful wardrobe in the hall where you can store winter clothes or sport equipment. There is also a boiler room that we use as storage room and to keep our bikes in.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom, both decent sized.
The kitchen has plenty of storage, two fridges.
There's a hob with oven, an extraction fan and a washing + drying machine that have been installed few months ago so super new and functional.

Bills average is 90£ per month and include council tax, water, electricity and wifi. We have no gas.

Transports:
The area is full of amenities and it's very well connected.
Swiss Cottage station (Jubilee) 5 min walk
Chalk Farm or Belsize Park stations (Northern) 10 min walk
Bus 31 and C11 stops right in front of the building
This provide great connection to central and East London.

Amenities:
5 min walk to Primerose Hill park
20 min walk to Hampstead Heath park
15 min walk to Camden Town and the Market
15 min walk to Regent's Park

We are looking for someone that vibe with and that will ideally plan to stay long term!
