Hi everyone :) My flatmate is moving out after 6 years as she’s bought her own place. Contract ends on February 2026, but she will use the break clause in February 2025. Rent includes all bills and council tax.

It’s a fully furnished 2 bedroom flat with a shared bathroom. It’s bright with lots of natural light, great for a plant lover. 🌱Kitchen is full equipped.

Double room comes with bed and wardrobes. She’ll take her 3 chest of drawers, so there’s space for a desk in the room too.

Location is fantastic with nearest tube station being Belsize Park, which is a stones throw away. Northern line is a quick connection to Kings cross. Nestled in between Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill, with many coffee shops and grocery stores around.

Looking for a female flatmate, who’s keen to maintain the cleanliness in shared common areas.
