Friendly flat-share in beautiful Belsize Park

Hey - I am looking for a replacement tenant who can move in on 30 July (the day can be flexed by a couple of days if needed). If you’d like to be considered, please leave us a brief description and what you’re looking for in a flat share!

THE HOUSEMATES
You’ll be living with two females and one male flat mate. We are all young professionals living in London with different backgrounds. We appreciate being tidy in the flat, and are up for occasional movie nights, drinks in the pub, walks together around Primrose Hill/Hampstead Heath.

LOCATION
Belsize Park is a lovely (and very safe!) area with the famous Hampstead Heath and Primrose one stones throw away.
If you like residential areas, cozy pubs, restaurants and to go out for walks (or just enjoy tinnies on Primrose Hill during Spring/Summer) then this is the place to be.

Within 3-7 mins walk you will Tesco, Kavanaghs, GAILS, two pharmacies, cute cafes and some restaurants / brunch places.
Within 10-25 mins by foot you’ll be in Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath, PureGym Swiss Cottage, Virgin Active Swiss Cottage or in Camden Town!

TRANSPORT
Belsize Park tube station (Northern Line) is 5 mins away, Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line) is 15 mins away. There are various bus stops around as well.

THE FLAT
The flat is a Victorian house on the second and third floor. On the second floor, you’ll find the shared living room and kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the third floor there are two on-suite rooms, one of which will be yours. All windows are double glazed.
