Cozy Redecorated Room Opposite Belsize Park Tube

The double room sits in a two bedroom, one bathroom flat across the road from Belsize Park Tube Station, a ten-minute walk from Hampstead Heath and a fifteen-minute walk from Primrose Hill and Regents Park.

Normally, it will take 15-20 minutes on the Northern Line into Central London.

I moved into the flat in January after moving back to London from Los Angeles and I have been living with another student. We both attend King's College London and this is his room that he is hoping to sublet from early July-late August when he comes back to London for University in September.

I love this flat as it sits on the corner with a great view of the city and has loads of natural light, whilst still being a cozy place to chill in the evening. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area as well as cafés and a cinema 50 meters up the road.

The bedrooms and living room were redecorated when we moved in, to a quality mid-century (-ish) finish. I like to keep things as tidy as possible, but of course I'm not up-tight about it! We have a cleaner that comes in once a week for two hours who mainly hoovers, dusts, and cleans all areas and thoroughly cleans the kitchen and bathroom.

During July and August I will be away quite a lot as I am between my parents house and London when coming in for work. I am also on holiday and shooting a film throughout the time so it is more than likely I will be away a few days at a time.

All bills, wifi, and amenities are included in the /week price. We are council tax exempt due to our student flat status.
