Friendly house in Belsize Park

We are looking for a new housemate.

Current housemates...
We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household of mixed nationality: British, German & Slovenian.
2 males & 1 female.
We are all pretty independent and have varying schedules and interests, but we are looking for a friendly individual who we can all get along well with- we don't want a house full of strangers!

About you…
We are looking for a responsible individual who appreciates a neat and tidy space and will help us maintain it. We try to be respectful of each other's space and schedules, so would like someone who is mindful of noise levels, particularly for those working from home and especially at night. Sadly (very sadly) we're not allowed to have any animals in the house, so no pets- sorry!

The house...
We have a kitchen with a door opening onto a spacious back garden, a big shared living room space and a bathroom which you'll share with two other housemates (we've never had any issues queuing!) Bonus for the person in the single room is that you get dibs on the big table in the living room area for working from home. Two of the housemates work from home, so there's usually always somebody else around Monday-Friday.

The room...
The room itself is bright and cosy with a single bed. There’s a bookshelf, set of drawers, small wardrobe with full length mirror and two large drawers that slide out from under the bed for extra storage space. It is West facing so gets lots of sun in the afternoon. There's also a radiator which is great for warming your toes on in the winter.

The location...
The house is on a quiet residential street in the peaceful and green Belsize Park area. We’re 5-10 minutes walk away from an M&S and other stores, including several restaurants and some great cafes, plus a cinema and gym. Really near the Lido and the mixed swimming ponds. Our area is very relaxed, but we’re only a 20 min walk to Camden Market, so there are plenty of options if you do want some hustle and bustle.
We are under 10 mins walk to Hampstead Heath overground, Belsize Park tube station (Northern line) and Gospel Oak overground. We also have a 24hr bus stop at the end of our road and stops close by serving numbers 46, C11 & 24. Most importantly, we are just 10 mins walk away from the beautiful Hampstead Heath.

Rent & bills (monthly costs)…
- Rent: £650
- Council tax: £75.50 each
- Water: around £10
- Cleaner for communal areas: £30 each
- Wifi: included in the rent
- Gas/electricity: these obviously change depending on the season, but we're currently looking at around £20 per person during summer and up to £70 in the winter
