Short term tenancy in large flat in Central London

We have a short term availability in a room in our spacious and central Belsize Park flat from 21st July to 10th August (though dates within this are negotiable - £20 per night). We are in an ideal location living right above the tube station (northern line), and main bus routes. We are also an 8min walk from the over ground, Hampstead heath park and 20min walk from primrose hill and Camden. The flat has lots of space with a large shared living room and dining room, two toilets, a kitchen and a balcony. As it is 3rd floor we also have a view of the London skyline and sunlight all day throughout the flat.

The room is a good size with lots of storage in a wall sized cupboard, a double bed and can fit one of our desks in if need be. Room is West facing o gets lots of evening light.

All the current tenants are young professionals working in science, film and radio. We all work during the day but often hang out and watch TV together at night. We spend most weekends in one of the wonderful parks nearby or trying out the number of restaurants and pub gardens we have around us. We know the area well and can give many recommendations for things to do
