Hi guys,

I’m moving out of this beautiful flat in Belsize Park to move in with my partner in mid September, so my flatmates are looking for a replacement. You’ll be living with two fun and considerate guys in Craig and Richard.

Rent + bills + council tax = £1,175pcm (£1,025 + £70 + £80)
3-person flat - 1 is moving out 19th September
Move in 20th-22nd September
Big double room with bed & wardrobe and space for desk
Minimum 1 year contract

Location
The flat is on Lancaster Grove in Belsize Park, a great part of London if you want outdoor space
The flat itself is on a quiet and wide tree lined street.
10 minutes walk from Primrose Hill.
5 minutes from Swiss Cottage Tube station (Jubilee Line)
10 minutes from Belsize Park station (Northern Line)
20 minute walk from Hampstead Heath.

The Flat
3 bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom (one room has an en-suite so you will only be sharing with one other)

The flat is on the 1st floor of a 3 storey semi-detached building. There is storage on the ground floor for bikes.

The flat itself is spacious, with very high ceilings. The windows are expansive so there is always lots of light coming into both the living room and the bedroom. The lounge is big enough to act as both a dining room and lounge.

The room is also generously sized, with a comfortable double bed, and the high ceilings meaning there is a lot of storage space. As you can see from the pictures the desk can be set up directly by the window overlooking private gardens, making it a peaceful space to work, read, or be creative.

The flat is fully furnished. However, only the armchair and the bed in the attached photo will remain in the bedroom.

You will be living with two men, Craig and Richard

They are looking for someone around the same age, 25-31, who is sociable, friendly, and communicative.
