Lovely Room For A Lovely Girl

Hello!

Myself and my lovely flatmate, Rachel, are seeking a further wonderful gal in their mid to later 20s to fill the beautiful room that our third flatmate is sadly leaving!!!

The flat is honestly a dream. Amazing location in the beautiful Belsize Park - you are a 10 minute walk from Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill/Regent's Park, 2 minutes from England's Lane with all its beaut little coffee shops etc!

There are 3 bedrooms in total in the property, I have my own ensuite so you'll only be sharing the 2nd (spacious!) bathroom with one other gal. It has a shower and a bath.

ABOUT THE ROOM
This room is a cosy double, with space also for a desk and chair which you can see! Flatmate has happily WFH for 1.5 years now :) There is a lot of natural light coming through the window. Enough space with a wardrobe that comes with the room.

Big disclaimer: we have 2 wonderful cats - it's important to us that you do like cats and aren't allergic! Bunny is a very pretty lady ragdoll and Jude is a cute (often silly) british short-hair. Bunny's mine and Jude's Rachel's.

We have a beautiful, large kitchen-con-living room. Two big comfy armchairs and a sofa, so nice to settle into and watch netflix / films together! & a dining table looking out over a big window!

BILLS - £50 currently for energy but this could increase a bit over winter,
£17.30 for water,
£11 for wifi,
£64 for council tax.

I work out the house 5 days a week (during school term-time) and Rachel WFH in her room 4 days out of 5. So you'd have the living room and kitchen space in addition to the desk in your room if you need to WFH :)

FIRST FLATMATE, ROSIE:
I'm 27, and I am an English secondary school teacher . I am an extremely friendly, laidback and chatty person, but also very independent and more than happy to give flatmates their space when they need it!

SECOND FLATMATE, RACHEL
Rachel's 29, originally from York and currently works in fashion comms. She is also super friendly and likes a girly gossip about anything from cats to hinge dates. She's also a respectful flatmate!

OUR IDEAL LIVING SET-UP:
Rachel and I have lived in the property together since last November. We are fairly sociable and enjoy having dinners together, catching up most evenings but also do our own thing at the weekend. That being said, sometimes we like going to pubs and bars nearby to explore the area!

We'd love a like-minded girl - who would love catch-up chats, wine and films sometimes, who love gossiping about work dramas/hinge dates/you name it. Our best living situations have always been where there is a lovely girly atmosphere in the flat!

On that note, sorry but I won't be replying to any adverts from guys as we really love the girly vibe in the flat and wouldn't want to change that!
