Monday to Friday rental only - double bedroom

This room is only available fron Mondays to Fridays. No weekends.

Beautiful recently decorated bedroom with a double bed, large window with blackout blinds, and looking out onto the private garden.

In addition to this, the room comes with sole use of a room with a toilet and sink. Then you have access to a shared shower/bath in the main bathroom, shared with only me.

There is a shared modern, new kitchen with a breakfast bar and a shared garden. There is no shared lounge. Wi-Fi included.

The cleaner is extra, £15 per hour, and you will be expected to use her twice a month. She cleans the communal areas weekly.

Rent is dependent on the number of nights you stay per calendar month. I usually charge £60 per night including bills, plus £30 per month for the cleaner to clean rooms (bedroom and toilet) for one hour every fortnight.

£60 x 2 nights per week = £120 x 52 weeks and then divided by 12 months = £520 plus cleaner money.

I am open to offers of rent for a maximum of 4 nights a week, from Monday to Thursday, and offers of rent for less than 4 nights per week.

No weekend nights (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).

I have a little dog, who is very quiet and sleeps a lot.

This is a smokefree household.
