When I stepped foot into the flat, I fell in love with its lovely features, from the pastel tiles in the kitchen to the elegant finishes in the rooms. It feels like a Parisian style flat in London! Located in NW3, which has some of the best transport links (Northern Line, Overground & plenty of buses all within walking distance). The kitchen’s offers plenty of room for cooking, hanging out or working from home, and perfect for dinner parties. There’s a spacious living room too, which can be used for working from home or relaxing after work. The flat is located in a leafy street with an array of independent bakeries, shops and coffee places just on your doorstep. A short walk away, you’ll find Primrose Hill, which has magnificent views over London and a cute food market on the weekend.

~ The room
You’ll instantly notice the abundance of light in the room, one of the things I loved about living here. The room is spacious, plenty of room for a double bed. The room comes with only the wardrobe, chest of drawers and big mirror included, so you can bring your own furniture. I would love to sell my (newly bought) mattress, if possible.

~ Who you’ll live with
You will be living with Elise and Karolina, two girls in our late twenties / early thirties.
Elise is French and has been living in London for the past 4 years as a journalist. She is a good cook, travels a lot and will enjoy showing you the local pubs. Karolina is from Latvia, she is passionate about snowboard and can tell you all you need to know about a trip in Scotland as she has lived in Edinburgh before.

Important details
* Moving in date: 7th Sep. Earlier is possible too, but not before 28th Aug
* Rent: £930pm. My share of monthly costs is £80 for CT, £17 for water, £20 for wifi, £23 for gas, £15 electricity. New wifi contract to be started by you, new tenant, which will likely be cheaper
* We started our contract in Jan, so you’ll be taking over Chloe’s share of the contract and then have the option to renew in January
* The flat is rented through an agency who are great!
* ⁠Council tax band F
* viewings from the 24th of August

~ Who we’re looking for
We’re a sociable and friendly household where there’s a good balance between hanging out together and having some time for yourself. We’ve been really enjoying scheduling flat dinners and going for picnics together. It would be great to find someone who’s up for this as well, along with being respectful and tidy to keep the house looking nice!
