Belsize Park - garden flat (photos on request)

I am away from 30th September for 6 -8 weeks, so would consider someone taking my room.

Area:
Situated in the middle of Belsize Park, just 4 minutes walk to Belsize Park station (northern line). It’s also a 10 minute walk to Swiss Cottage (jubilee line). For people unaware of Belsize, it’s perfectly situated right inbetween Hampstead heath (10 min walk) and Primrose Hill / Regent’s Park (15 min walk). So if you like running/ greenery it’s varied and honestly perfect.

Amenities:
Gail’s, pret, watchhouse are within 5 min walk for decent coffee, also loads more in Hampstead village and Primrose Hill. There is a kavannaghs (like a farm shop) 5 min walk, also a nisa end of the road. M&S and Waitrose around 15 min walk next to Swiss Cottage. PureGym also next to Swiss Cottage, or there is a leisure centre with a pool next to it too.

Flatmate:
I live with my flatmate who is a 25 year old young professional, he’s super sociable.

Room:
It’s self furnished. I bought a really nice platform bed (very low) and bedside table. Full sliding door cupboard with huge mirror. I also bought a huge desk from an architect (I’ll leave my monitor for your use too if you were to wfh sometimes). WiFi box sits in this room (so full strength). Lots of light from 3 windows.

Rest of flat:
-Huge high ceiling living room (with darts board). Lots of plants.
- kitchen is very nice, gas hob. 2 fridges between 2 of you. Lots of cupboard space. Dishwasher!
- bathroom. Great shower, no issue with pressure or temp! Share between 2.
-garden. Garden is big, it’s all decking. There is a massive tree above which does drop its leaves so can get a bit covered / messy (especially in autumn). But it’s a great space to chill!
