Bright double room in 2 bed flat Belsize Park

Hello! A double room will be available in my flat from the end of September.

The room is furnished and a good size with a very comfy mattress and large wardrobe. The desk in the photos isn't included, but otherwise it’s decorated with lamps etc and comes mostly as it is in pictures. Bedding can also be included if needed as the room already has full sets of sheets and duvets etc. The flat has a large living room, large hallway (which doubles as a dining room), a small kitchen, 1 full bathroom and a an extra second toilet - all of these are shared, except I use the living room to work from some days. There are also two balconies, one pictured which gets the morning light (same side as your room - it gets lovely sunshine) and one which requires climbing out a window but gets the afternoon sun. It's also in a great location, 2 mins walk from Belsize park tube, 7 mins from Hampstead heath overground - it's a nice area with lots of lovely cafes, shops and all the amenities you need, and very close to the Heath and Primrose Hill park.

This is a short let because the flat is currently on the sales market so I can only definitely commit to 3 months, but there is the possibility of extending on a rolling basis depending on how things go. The flat and your room would need to be kept tidy when there are viewings.

Move in date is flexible around end of Sept/start of October.

You will be sharing with me and my cat Kepi. I’m a Palestinian British mix, born and raised in London. My work background is in the charity sector and recently integrative coaching, I'm warm and friendly, love cooking and being in nature, love animals and plants, I'm also a Buddhist and quite active in my local Buddhist community. I mostly work from home so would prefer a flatmate who works out of the home most of the time.

The rent includes all bills (council tax, internet, gas, electricity, water etc). I go away quite often so you would also have the flat to yourself part of the time.
