I am really sad to be moving out of this amazing house with three brilliant flatmates- I've had over three and a half fantastic years here but I am taking time off work to go travelling, hence the need to move out.

I am looking for someone to move into my room from 1st Nov, and enjoy living in Belsize Park as much as I have done.

The location:
-short walk from Belsize Park (Northern Line), Swiss Cottage (Jubillee Line), Finchley Road (Metropolitan, Jubilee line) and Hamsptead Heath overground
-one of the largest parks in London, Hampstead Heath, is less than 10minutes walk away (with its famous ponds, lido and hills)
-Primrose Hill/Regents Park also approx 15min walk away
-within Belsize Park Village

The flat/house:
-large bright lounge with open plan modern kitchen (with dishwasher) (top floor)
-x2 bathrooms and x4 bedrooms (middle floor)
-within a mews

The room:
-I will leave the bed frame (double bed) and chest of drawers, there is also a double wardrobe
-south facing room, quiet road, plenty of natural light

The new flatmate:
-female, aged 28-33, professional
-happy to get involved with theatre trips, meals out, nights in, board games night with other flatmates
-tidy and respectful
-easy going and down to earth
-NO: pets, males, students, messy/lazy people

We shall be doing an ''open house viewing'' on SUNDAY 6TH OCTOBER in the evening (from 7pm) to look at the room/house and meet the other flatmates, so please make sure you are available on this date :)
