The kitchen’s offers plenty of room for cooking, hanging out or working from home, and perfect for dinner parties. There’s a spacious living room too, which can be used for working from home or relaxing after work. The flat is located in a leafy street with an array of independent bakeries, shops and coffee places just on your doorstep. A short walk away, you’ll find Primrose Hill, which has magnificent views over London and a cute food market on the weekend.

The room is cosy, furnished with a double bed, a big wardrobe and a beautiful mirror, on top of a chimney that adds an extra charm to the room.
~ Who you’ll live with
We’re a household of 3 girls in our late twenties / early thirties. Karolina is moving with her boyfriend so Annabel (from Scotland) and Elise (from france) are looking for someone to take over the room, at least till February, when the contract can be renewed with the agency. We are both professional in our early 30s, who have been living in London for a while now but still keen to explore new places. Annabel has moved in with plenty of books and Elise owns the most cooking ustensiles. They both like to swim in cold waters and get warm with a bottle of wine afterwards.

* Moving in date: 7th Nov.
* Rent: £860pm. Bills on top are around £80 for CT, £17 for water, £20 for wifi, £30 for gas, £15 electricity.
* We started our contract in Feb, so you’ll be taking over the share of the contract till then and then have the option to renew in February
* The flat is rented through a local agency! The agency will go through a check of right to rent and professional situation.
* Council tax band F
~ Who we’re looking for
We’re a sociable and friendly household where there’s a good balance between hanging out together and having some time for yourself. We’ve been really enjoying scheduling flat dinners and going for picnics together. It would be great to find someone who’s up for this as well, along with being respectful and tidy to keep the house looking nice!
