Double room in 3 bed flat in belsize park

Hi all! I’m looking for a lodger for a double room in my lovely three-bed flat in Belsize Park, just a 15min walk from Hampstead Heath. Current lodger is moving out at the start of December. There is only one other occupant (me).
The room:
- King bed
- Draws & Wardrobe
Things about the flat:
- third (spare) room can be used as a wfh office
- brand new kitchen (2024) and bathroom (2023)
- small baloney
- communal gardens
- dishwasher & washing machine
A bit about me:
I’m 30 and work in marketing (3 days in the office & 2 wfh). I’m pretty sporty, enjoying cycling, running & swimming. Also enjoy reading, going to the pub & cooking!
