A lovely double room in Belsize Park

We're looking for a new flatmate to move into our lovely flat in Belsize Park.

Situated in a fantastic location, less than a minute’s walk from Belsize Park tube station on the Northern Line (20 mins to Oxford Circus). It's less than 10 minutes walk to Hampstead Heath and approx. 15 min away from Primrose Hill. It's located on a quiet street just off Haverstock Hill which has the hustle and bustle of restaurants and cafés such as WatchHouse, Gails, a Budgens/ Kavanagh’s and Franco Manca.

The flat is homely, complete with a kitchen with everything needed, including a dishwasher, and nice bathroom with a bath / shower and washing machine/ tumble dryer. There is no living room but this allows the much lower rent for the area.

We're looking for a friendly young professional who is tidy and clean. We have busy work lives and so the flat is a nice and quiet place to call home, but hope to find people who would become friends and happy to socialise over the occasional glass of wine or morning coffee.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe with mirror doors, chest of drawers, and desk and chair.

All bills are included except water (which comes to about £60 per quarter). The room is available from 14th of February and we are looking for someone to take the room long term (e. g. year long contract as the contract for the flat renews yearly; other flatmates have been here 3+ years). The landlord will need proof of employment and right to rent.

The deposit is £900 and paid to the exiting tenant. The deposit is protected by TDS.
