Double bed second floor room in the centre of beautiful Belsize Village and good connections to the Northern, Jubilee, and Metropolitan lines.

About the flat

The flat has two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious, south-facing sitting room with a lovely view of the village.
Amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, and robot vacuum. All bills are set up (but not included in the rent).
I'll be staying in the larger room (not shown in photos), but if you're interested in swapping rooms, let me know!

About the area

Although I'm biased, Belsize Village is a lovely area to live in. The village is a group of independent restaurants and shops surrounding a central terrace nestled between Belsize Park and Swiss Cottage. It's leafy, quiet, and has a lot of affordable options to eat out. The flat is above the shops, but is quiet as there's very little traffic.
Closeby is Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill, and Belsize Park is on the night tube so easy to get in and out of central London.

About me

I'm a 23-year old strategy consultant working in central London. I lived here all of last year with a friend who is now moving to the US. The flat and area is lovely, so am staying on for another year and looking for someone to share with!
In my free time, I enjoy theatre, the gym, visiting the local Everyman, and spending time with friends. I’d love to share dinners or outings with a flatmate but also respect the need for personal space.
I work quite late on the weekdays, so unlikely to be in the flat until later in the evening.

Suitable for
Ideally looking for a 6+ month rent starting anytime from mid-January, however willing to flex for the right person.
