Room for Rent – Spacious Bedroom (14.9x11) in Quiet Garden Flat

I am looking for one person to rent a very large bedroom, with an ensuite shower room and a walk-in wardrobe. This modern garden flat is located on a quiet road in Belsize Park (just one tube stop into Zone 2). It has a large garden with direct access and is a 5-minute walk from Hampstead Heath.

The rent is £1,7500 per calendar month, which includes bills and fast broadband.

The room has been completely redecorated. It currently contains no furniture, but I can add some if required. There is space for a large desk or dressing table and chair, a huge wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps. The room has modern decoration throughout. The ensuite shower room has been freshly decorated and includes a power shower, toilet, and sink.

The flat is extremely well-located. It is a five-minute walk from Hampstead Heath and its overground train station and bus hub, a five-minute walk from Belsize Park tube station (Zone 2, Northern Line), a ten-minute walk from Swiss Cottage tube station (Jubilee Line), and a fifteen-minute walk from Primrose Hill and Camden.

At the end of our road, there are great bars and shops in Belsize Village—one of the best spots in the area and a well-kept secret.

I am a professional working in private equity and real estate, and I’m unlikely to be home on weekends or some weekdays.

I require a 5-week deposit (refundable) and one month’s rent in advance.

No Full-Time Working from Home: Please note that I prefer individuals who do not work full-time from home, as I work from home (in the lounge) but spend most of my time in meetings outside.
