A bright and spacious double room available in a family home on Lyndhurst Road, perfectly located between Hampstead and Belsize Park stations (both just a 5-minute walk away). Excellent transport links with easy access to the Underground and local bus routes.

The room offers stunning views of London and comes with shared use of the kitchen. The bathroom and toilet are shared, with an additional separate toilet available. Please note, there is no ensuite and no cleaner—we are looking for a clean and respectful lodger who will keep their space tidy.

This is a family home with just two adults, so we’re looking for someone who is considerate and independent. The lodger will have access to their room and the kitchen only.

Rent is £225 per week, inclusive of bills.
