Double Room - 2mins from Belsize Park

• Double room, furnished, with large communal living room & roof access
• £850 rent + ~£190 bills PCM
• living with 2F: (queer, gallery manager, 24, half japanese) and (lesbian, digital marketing in fashion, 25, Italian)
• One tenant has lived here for 4 years so we have a very good relationship with the landlords
• Cleaner (paid by landlord) every 1-2 months
• Shared bathroom with 1 tenant
•⁠ Not really a party household, cleanliness is very important as we wish to maintain a peaceful space.
• Must be LGBTQIA+ friendly
• Must be girls or part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

One of us makes music and is into art/tech/philosophy, the other is into fashion and anything about vintage clothes.

We're both very friendly people, but we also like to have a lot of space and time to ourselves!
We mostly do our own thing but like to have a pint every now and then, and often catch up a bit after work.
A peaceful place to come back home to is a priority, so communication, cleanliness, and mutual respect is important for us.

Room's available from 24th April, we're ideally looking for someone to move in by May 1st.
