A large, bright and airy attic double available in an incredible location on Haverstock Hill in Belsize Park. Literally 30 seconds walk to Belsize Park tube on the Northern Line and a ten minute walk to Hampstead Heath, with all the various amenities two of London's nicest neighbourhoods have to offer.
The flat used to be a world famous design studio, has a retro feel inside and also benefits from a huge balcony overlooking Haverstock Hill. The room is available from the start of July when my housemate is moving out.
You will be living with me, a professional screenwriter, and as I don't intend to rent out the third bedroom there will be a lot of space for both of us. Ideally looking for an older professional who doesn't WFH all week, and it would be nice to find someone with shared interests to form a connection with - but I'm also big on personal space and boundaries! The main thing is to have a calm, relaxed and open living situation for all involved.
In terms of contract length, it's a little unusual. It's a rolling situation which is likely to run a good while yet (potentially years), as the landlord lives in Bali. His plan (eventually) is to renovate, but until then I am permitted to live here indefinitely.
