Looking for two housemates who are up for socialising, but respect each other’s space :)

The contract is for 12 months but the landlord is flexible for shorter or longer term. Looking for housemates who ideally want to stay longer term!
The deposit is a little over a month’s rent, and housemates must meet the landlord’s income requirements :)
