Lovely double room in friendly Belsize Park flat

We're looking for a new flatmate to take on this spacious double room in a modern, three bedroom, ground floor flat in Belsize Park, just a short walk from Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath. The room will be available from 01/11/2026.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, clothes rail and bookshelf. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person, and have a spacious kitchen and living room.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two current flatmates, Ellie (28), who works for the NHS, and Anna (26), who works in music. We have both been living here for a couple of years already and love it! We both like music especially Taylor Swift and Noah Kahan, watching Formula 1, Superman (2025) and reading books. In evenings, we enjoy spending time together in the living room either playing cards, making our way through the Marvel movies before Doomsday (because Anna hasn’t seen them) or watching Traitors (when there’s a new season on!).

We're looking for someone who is respectful, clean and tidy, and will treat the flat like a home. We're also very relaxed around having friends and family over to visit.

Rent is £1138 PCM. Bills work out to £160 per month on top of this, including WiFi, water, energy, TV license and council tax (band E).
