Double Room in 2-bed Flat in Belsize Park

Double room available in a 2-bed furnished flat in Belsize Park close to Hampstead Heath and the amenities of South End Green. My current flatmate is sadly moving abroad so looking for someone to take over his room!

The Flat
First floor of a townhouse on Fleet Road with two double bedrooms, bathroom and a small living room. High quality kitchen appliances with a new washer dryer (installed last year) and dishwasher. Shared bathroom with multi-function shower and bath. Double glazing throughout and being first floor/size of the flat keeps the heating bills down.

Fantastic location only ~10 minutes walk from Belsize Park tube (Northern line), 6 minutes walk to Hampstead Heath station (Mildmay Line) and 5 minutes to Hampstead Heath. There is a large M&S, gym, dry cleaner and pubs all within 5 minutes walk, as well as all of the cafes/shops on South End Green. It’s hard to think of a better location in London in terms of green space, transport connections and amenities.

The Room
Double bedroom furnished with a large wardrobe, a double bed and shelving. Space for a small desk for studying/working from home. The two bedrooms are positioned at each end of the flat for space/privacy.

The Bills
Rent £1100. Bills typically around £200/month including water, electricity, gas, council tax (band D), WiFi.

About Me
- 29 year-old young professional from the UK working in climate investing.
- Going into my fourth year living in London after time in the Middle East, Switzerland, the US and Oxford.
- Usually work from home 2 days a week, with 3 days in the office and travel for a few weeks every year for work.
- Outside of work I enjoy playing tennis, reading, running, grabbing drinks with friends, exploring London and playing piano (electric piano in the flat with headphones).
- I’m tidy (although not a clean freak) and generally like a more quiet flat so would love to share with someone who is also more introverted at home.

About You
- Clean, tidy and chill
- Ideally shares some hobbies/interests - would be great to live with someone who’s keen for runs/tennis in the heath, going to concerts or even just for drinks around Hampstead
- Partners welcome within reason (i. e., not moving in, staying 5 nights a week)
- Ideally not full-time working from home, hybrid would be fine
- Non-smoking
