Join our flatshare/home in Belsize Park <3

Hello! We're Claudia and Mymuna, and we're two young professionals looking for a flatmate to join our lovely flat in the Belsize Park / Chalk Farm area (NW3).

About the flat: 3 double rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 water closet, living room with balcony, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine (no dryer). Recently refurbished, and cutely decorated by us! Closest tube stations are Chalk Farm and Belsize Park (10-15 mins walk). Buses 24 and 46 (5 mins walk) can get you to Central in half an hour. We're also quite close to the Overground stations — Kentish Town West, Hampstead Heath, and Gospel Oak. Both the Heath and Primrose Hill/Regent's Park are 15-20 mins walk away from us, which is amazing if you enjoy a nice walk! Council tax band C, Borough of Camden. Available from end of September, but we could try to push it forward.

*Salary requirement:* Your annual income should be x2.5 your share of the rent unless you have an UK guarantor or can pay 6 months of your share of the rent upfront.

About us: We're both very social people and have friends over once per month or so. However, we're respectful with each other's alone and quiet time. We would love for our new flatmate to be respectful too — not just about each other's time, but also about cleaning duties. We like keeping our flat tidy and clean within reason!
