Looking for a new housemate to take over my current housemates existing tenancy (until Dec 2025) in a 2 bedroom flat located in a beautiful converted presbytery (6 flats in the building!), just a 8 minute walk from Primrose Hill and a 5 minute walk to Chalk Farm tube station which is on the Northern Line. Have been here for 3.5 years and the Landlord would also appear open to a lease extension when the time arrives.
Rent: £950. This excludes council tax and bills which are c. £150 per month.
Move In: 1 Sept but can be a little flexible. Landlord will require references etc. Remaining tenancy is for 4 months but this can be extended if required.
Public transport links: It is an 5 minute walk form Chalk Farm (northern line) and a 15 minute walk from Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line). Overground via Kentish Town West is c. 8 minute walk.
Supermarkets: You are spoilt for choice with Tesco, Sainsburys, Tesco and Morrisons within a 10 minute walk away!
