My flatmates are sadly moving out so I am looking for two girls to renew my tenancy.
Two bright and refurbished double bedrooms are available immediately in Belsize Avenue, 3-minute walk from the Belsize Park station and with a communal garden just in front of the building. Our house has 3 bedrooms and it’s roughly 10 mins from central London.
The flat is in a quiet area close to shops, it has 2 toilets, dishwasher, washing machine, lots of storage and the room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. Rent is £990 and 930 per person per month, internet is included, and it does not include bills (approx £50-70 pcm), but they will be split. In addition, just the first time it is required to pay the first month's rent + deposit (£ 1,673).
