Large room in Belsize Park in shared flat

After 4 years, I am leaving this lovely household, and I need a tenant to replace me.

This is a very large room that comes with a wardrobe, a 3 seater sofa, coffee table, dresser. The double bed with mattress & desk with chair & bedside table are optional, but can come with the flat. (Please let me know what furniture you need or don’t need)

Bills are not included in the rent, it is approximately £140 monthly but it can be less based on the season.

The room has plenty of light, large window and high ceiling. It is equally walking distance from Belsize park (Northern) and Swiss Cottage (Jubilee) tube stations. Primrose hill and Regents park are around the corner.

The street has a Tesco, Starbucks and other independent cafes.

This is not a party flat, the flatmates are lovely, clean and tidy. It would suit a professional who likes to live in a calm and friendly environment.

No cleaner, the rota is shared between the tenants.

Please let me know about yourself, your emplyment status and what move in date would be ok for you. There is a regular reference check via the agency. Contract is min. 12 months.
