I am reluctantly moving out of my lovely room In Belsize Park due to relocating for work.
The room is cosy with a double bed, large wardrobe, shelving and bedside table all included (I can add in my foldable desk too).
There is a shared kitchen and bathroom.
Bills are included in the cost. Camden council tax Band E
It is situated on England's Lane which is literally around the corner from Primrose Hill, as well as walking distance to Hampstead Heath, Regent's Park and Camden Town. The two closest stations are Belsize Park (Northern Line) and Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line). It is opposite a pub but it is very rarely noisy! It's a fab location.
You will be living with the lovely Laura, who is a Nanny, and one other tenant.
We are looking for professional female that is in her late 20s or older. Non-smoker and unfortunately no pets.
Contract will start on 9th October, so very keen to get the ball rolling and do viewings this week
