Hi, I’m the current tenant of this 1-bed flat in Belsize Park.
I will be moving out on November 15th 2025 and I’m looking for someone to replace me on November 16th so that rent paid to the landlord isn’t interrupted. Earlier move ins can be discussed but no later.
👉 Important: This is not a sublet. The landlord/agent will need to do the usual referencing and set up a new tenancy agreement directly with you. Once that’s done, I’ll surrender my tenancy and you’ll take over.
1 double bedroom, high ceilings, fireplace area, room for television and small sofa or dining furniture, large windows in every room, private kitchen and bathroom with their own doors, newly replaced washer dryer, shower/bath with new hardware, beautiful area with multiple grocery stores within 3 to 10 minute walks.
Rent: £1550 pcm (paid directly to landlord)
Deposit: £1789 – will be paid me as the landlord won’t be giving me my deposit back. Plus, I’d like to see that whoever is taking the flat is serious.
Location: multiple bus stops within a five minute walk, five minute walk from Swiss cottage underground, and a 10 minute walk to chalk farm underground, roughly. Less than a 10 minute walk to Primrose Hill.
