HUGE king size room

I am sad to be leaving this flat with my cousin, but I have had an offer accepted on a house outside London!

Abbey is a 27yr old business manager and is in the office every day (1 working day at home a month), moved to London 18 months ago, and is loving the LONDON LIFE.

She is looking for another young professional to share the flat. She lives a busy life so is very respectful of personal time, but would love someone that would enjoy catching up with a glass of wine and watching a series on the projector.

The flat is in a beautiful 1920’s art deco building on the ground floor, with a large living room, plenty of communal storage with cupboards EVERYWHERE. The room itself has a large build in wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. I also use the under bed storage for season items!

There is one shared bathroom in the flat but we have never had any issues with hot water etc, as this is control by the building.

Hot water and heating are included in the rent. Other bills come to about £150 a month.

Very close to both Belsize Park and Chalk Farm tube stations on the northern line, and then about a 15 minute walk to the Swiss Cottage station for the jubilee.

We are luckily a 10 minute water to Primrose Hill, and around 15-20 to Hampstead heath.
