Double room in gorgeous Belsize Park flat

Sunny bedroom available from mid December in a gorgeous 2 bed flat, with a comfy double bed (Emma mattress) and storage space. The full bathroom (shower/bath) next to the room is just for you (I have my own).

The flat has high ceilings and big windows with an open-plan, light-filled living space decorated in art deco / mid-century style. Hampstead Heath is less than 10 minutes walk away, and Primrose Hill about 15 minutes. Belsize Park station (Northern line) is a 6 min walk and the overground is 12 mins. The flat is on a lovely tree-lined street and there is great access to lovely local cafés, restaurants and shops.

I'm a 38 year old professional working in Tech. I'm extraverted and energetic, and am often out exploring the city's cultural offerings and seeing friends. I also love time at home, reading, taking Heath walks, having deep conversations. I try to take care of my health and exercise a lot (ballet, gym) and love self-care and self-development.

I'm looking for a lovely like-minded female to join me in the flat; someone who is keen to share a home and good conversation (rather than just a room). As I work from home a few days a week in the shared living space, the flat is best suited to someone who goes into a workplace most of the time.

While the room is lovely, it's on the smaller side, so this usually works best as a shorter let (a few months).
