I am renting a smaller room ensuite, equipped with its own bathroom including shower and toilet in my flat on Belsize Park just 3 min walk from the Belsize Park tube station.
The flat is decorated in Edwardian style and is recently refurbished therefore everything is brand new and fully equipped. The kitchen that you would be sharing is Bosch, in addition to utilities, as well as the brand new silent washing machine and dryer, along with everything else that is for you to use in the flat at your disposal. Therefore, you don't need to bring any of your own personal plates, glasses, kitchen utilities, Nespresso coffee machine as they will all be provided at the site, along with the towels, as well as brand new Dyson vacuum cleaner, ironing board, intergraded dish washer etc.
The room itself is designed and fully equipped with large closets for you to be able to fit in any larger amount of clothing and your personal belongings. The bed is king size and consists of the best mattress to ensure good sleep, with goose feather pillows and silky smooth brand-new white duvets which will be provided to you to ensure convenience.
The flat has two balconies, one is for your own use in the entry from the living room with a view on the garden. You can smoke on the balcony but not inside the apartment.
You will be in the center of London and just a few minutes away from Primrose Hill park, a well known leisure destination for northwestern Londoners. If you go in the northern direction, there is the well known Hampstead park with nice walk to Pergola 10 min away from home.
Cleaning lady arrangement is possible and highly advisable for the maintenance of the flat and could be arranged once per two weeks.
I am an out-living landlord and would never bother your stay without further in advance note in case I will be coming to visit.
