I’m looking for a working professional to share the two-bed two bath flat in Belsize Park. The flat has a spacious living room that opens onto a patio. Short-let considered.

The room: A double bedroom (with a storage bed) and separate bathroom (along with walk-in wardrobe). Utilities around 150-200 (not included in the rent per person per month)

Location: Peaceful, safe, and super convenient — just a 6-minute walk to Swiss Cottage Tube (Jubilee Line) and 11 minutes to Belsize Park Tube (Northern Line). Belsize Village, Tesco, Waitrose, and a few great gyms are all nearby.

About me:
I work in finance and have been living in London for three years. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful, and would love to live with someone who’s similar — friendly, considerate, and easy-going.

I love cooking, gardening, board games, discovering new cafes, and casual dinners with friends. I like to keep the home clean, and relaxed — I’m social but not a party person.
