I am looking for a friendly, tidy and easy-going housemate to join me in this lovely 2-bed flat, as my flatmate is sadly leaving.

Move in date: 1st February - one year contract (with possible renewal)

Rent: £1075 per month - bills excluded
Electricity, gas and water are around £80
each month
Council tax is £160

The room is fully furnished; the house has a bright and big living room, a shared kitchen (with dishwasher) and a shared bathroom. It is in front of the tube station (there is the Northern line), the bus station (the bus is number 1!!), many nice supermarkets and good restaurants. The area is very nice, and it is very close to Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill.

About me: I’m a 25 year old Italian doing a PhD in Physics (I study black holes and the universe✨). I love dancing ballet, but I listen to rock music. I enjoy being outdoors - I often cycle around London. I’m tidy, respectful, and always up for a nice chat while keeping a relaxed home vibe.
