Double Room in Belsize Park - £1100 pcm + bills

Hi! I’m looking for a lovely new flatmate to join me in my bright two-bed flat in Belsize Park. My current flatmate (and close uni friend) is moving in with her boyfriend, so the second bedroom will be available from the end of January / early February.

The flat is in a great location: 10 mins to Swiss Cottage (Jubilee line) and 8 mins to Belsize Park (Northern line). It’s a peaceful street and super well-connected. It's Council tax band E

We’re also a 15 minute walk to Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath, which is super nice during summer.

The living room and kitchen get tons of natural light during the day and we’d be sharing one bathroom.

You’ll also be close to loads of useful spots:
- 8 min walk to Tesco Express
- 12 min to M&S on Finchley Road
- 13 min to the Royal Free
- 16 min to a big Sainsbury’s or Aldi

A cosy double room (part furnished, including the bed, clothing rack, and a few other small bits). £1100 per month + bills. The deposit is one month’s rent.

About Me:
I’m in my mid-20s, work in political research, and I’m in the office 3–4 days a week. I’m tidy, easygoing, and always up for a chat or grabbing a drink/dinner on the weekend. I love the flat feeling like a warm, relaxed home. You’re also welcome to add your own decor/ personal touch to the space!

Who I’m Looking For:
Someone in their 20s who is fun, clean, considerate, and wants a home rather than just a place to sleep. We’ll both have our own lives and routines, but I’d love someone who’s also open to hanging out - chatting over a glass of wine, a film night, or going out for dinner etc.

I’m looking to arrange viewings asap as I need to have the new tenant signed on by end of January at the latest (but can move in later in Feb if better)😊
