Two Rooms Available in a Lovely 3-Bed Flat – Belsize Park

Hi! I’m Olivia 😊 I currently live in the flat and i'm looking for two new flatmates to join me. I've lived here for over 4 years now but sadly my current flatmates have made the decision to move on.

I’m 27, work in marketing for a fashion company and wfh 1-2 days a week. I’m fairly social, with friends and family in London but also really value a chilled, respectful homey vibe. Ideally looking for friendly, easy-going professionals to move in.

The Flat

The flat is in a great location right next to Belsize Park tube with less than a 2 min walk (Northern Line) – super convenient. With lots of shops and supermarkets nearby and Hampstead Heath right on the doorstep.

It has:
- A large shared living room with big comfy sofa, TV, and dining table.
- A separate kitchen (not huge but does the job!)
- large hallway which makes the flat feel really open.
- Shared bathroom
- Additional toilet room.
- A fire escape at the back with access to the back alley so can keep a bike there safely.

Bonus room - We currently have set up as a shared office space for WFH days and use for additional storage.

The Available Rooms

Bedroom 1: Double Double Room – £1000 pcm
- Unfurnished, but comes with a large mirrored three door wardrobe.
- South facing so gets a lot of sunshine through the day.

Bedroom 2: Double Room – £990 pcm
- Unfurnished but comes with a large mirrored three door.
- Room is at the back of the flat so is quieter if preferred.

Other Info

- Move-in date: Mid March we are just confirming current tenancy end date with the landlord.

Finally I've been really happy living here the last few years its in such a great location right between Hampstead heath and Primrose hill and I'm looking to create a relaxed, friendly, and comfortable home rather than just a house share.
