I am moving for work, so I am looking for someone to take over my single room in Belsize Park from 1 March 2026.
Deposit: £600
Rent: £650pcm
Bills: ~£200 max (this is in peak winter with heating so will be cheaper in summer, and includes a cleaner once a week! Also includes council tax).
Northern Line: 8-10 minute walk
Overground: 10 minute walk
Closest bus stop: 5 minute walk
The location is amazing! 8 minute walk to the high street and a 10 minute walk to Hampstead Heath! 🌳
You’ll be sharing the bathroom with 1x guy and 1x girl, and the 3rd housemate (all in their mid-late 20’s) has an en-suite. They’re all really lovely and super easy to live with - always up for a chat but equally respect your space!
The house has an updated kitchen, large living room and dining area, and a big garden! The room itself has ample storage space, but you also have a lot of the storage space in the lounge to keep any of your things as the other housemates understand the room is on the smaller side! ☺️
