2 double rooms are becoming available in a 4-bed, 2 bath house near to Hampstead Heath. Both rooms are available to rent from 1st July for take over of the tenancy and rent. The flat is in a great location with excellent transport links (buses, Hampstead Heath overground and Belsize park tube on the Northern line). Both rooms have a standard double bed, mattress, built-in wardrobe, desk, desk chair and shelving unit.
Room 1
Gladys has lived here for 2.5 years and is moving out as she is pregnant and relocating out of London. The room is North-facing and has plenty of storage!
Room 2
Emily is returning home to Australia, her room is South-facing and overlooks our lovely balcony with potted plants that are currently in bloom!
We have both enjoyed living in this lovely flat and sharing the home with other lovely ladies. The girls in the flat are great and all working professionals between 34 and 38. Everyone has different working hours, but there’s usually a catch-up in the kitchen in the evenings or on the patio during Spring/Summer. It’s not a party house but we do like having a wine together or a friend over for coffee. The house is really well looked after and we are keen to make sure the new flatmate is tidy and respectful of shared areas (open plan kitchen & living room, and bathrooms). You will be sharing a shower room with one other flatmate on the top floor.
Please could you let us know a little bit about yourself, what you do for work and what you like to do in your free time, along with any dates for move in and if you are flexible on this.
We’re looking to schedule flat viewings starting on Tuesday the 12th and Thursday the 14th of May, between 6 and 8pm in 15 minute slots.
Preference for females only who work from the office most of the time.
Bills are on top of rent:
- electric varies but around £65 a month
- wifi £8 a month
- water £20 a month
- council tax around £66.5 a month
- tv license which expires end of the year, the remaining six months will be approx £22 per person
- the flat buys sundries as and when required and it usually evens out across the 4
- rent goes up annually but we signed the new lease this September so it will remain the same until 09/26. As has been the case, any increase, if at all will be communicated in time.
The deposit is secured in a deposit scheme which is a months rent - this is payable to the flatmate leaving so you take over the deposit share already in.
