Description
We’re looking for a fun and friendly new housemate who’s considerate and enjoys keeping their home clean and cared for.
It's a lovely bright single room in a beautiful property and you would share a clean and spacious bathroom with one housemate (female, 39), and the other two housemates - a lovely woman and her 18 year old grandson - share another bathroom. The kitchen/dining/living room on the top floor is shared between everyone.
The room is available from 1 July and the rent includes all bills.
We’re 10-15 min walk from Hampstead Heath and Hampstead Heath overground, 9-10 min walk to Belsize Park tube (Northern line) and 14-15 min walk to Swiss Cottage and Finchley Road tube stations (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines).
We enjoy chatting and catching up when we’re home and brunch/coffee/walk/dinner every now and again :)
