Flat in Belsize Park // Mid July-Early September

I am looking for someone to take over my room in this five-bed flat in Belsize Park from when I leave London for work until the end of our tenancy period! You will have access to a personal balcony in the room, as well as a second balcony from the kitchen, a spacious living room, two bathrooms, a garden, bike parking and a short walk to some of the nicest parks in London!

Bills and council tax (Band E) are 75% covered by the rent, the rest will be topped up by me. We are a fun group of flatmates who have lived together for a while and are looking forward to welcoming someone in over these summer months. We have hosted subletters before, so are comfortable with living with new people, and are easy-going as flatmates!
