I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely flatmate's room from the beginning of September, as she's moving out after three happy years in the flat.

👋 You'll be sharing with just me! I'm 26, work full-time in marketing, and I'm half German, half Irish. I've been living in London for six years and absolutely love the area. I'm clean, considerate and sociable, but also appreciate having my own space.

- Around a 10-minute walk to Belsize Park, Chalk Farm and Hampstead Heath stations
- Walking distance to Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill

£1,150 pp pcm plus bills (approximately £150 per month)

The tenancy will be a rolling contract. The landlord's preference is for someone looking to stay long-term (around 12 months or more).
