Belsize Park/Primrose Hill. Looking for a female lodger! Bright, calm double room in all-female, studious family home with exclusive use of (non- en-suite) bathroom ( shower room, 1 floor below bedroom). Recently refurbished with plenty of storage and a good desk. Brilliant transport links to Chalk Farm, Swiss Cottage and Belsize Park. 5 minute walk to Primrose Hill. We are a doctor ( mum) and masters (engineering) student and school student. We have 3 adorable cats. Our home is peaceful and bright, a great place to be if you are studying or in an academic/ learning profession. We are friendly but busy, happy to chat but also happy to let you do your own thing. No smoking or vaping and no guests. Bills included except Council tax which, if applicable, will be up to £100 pcm more. Not suitable for WFH - you would be expected to be out at work/ Uni/ in the library during daytime weekdays. Washing machine is available too.
